CNY resolution: be true to myself, to those I love and quit bottling thoughts inside.

Why is it the one you love that hurts you the most?

Isn’t it true that people who love you will never hurt you in the first place?

It’s hard to see your loved one not being in the best position he could be, and there isn’t much you can really do to help.

But I can make a change for myself and do what I promised to get out of this rut. Be positive and supportive.
